What happens when there is not enough participants?
When there is :
5+ paid guests → session runs as normal.
<5 paid guests → converts to a Content Session (filming/demo).
As a guest can I get a refund?
These are the refund policies
On Content Session conversion: choose full refund OR Lab Credit (+10%).
No-shows: ticket is non-refundable; credit only if resold from waitlist.
What happens if a chef cancels last minute?
Session still runs as Single-chef Showcase.
Voting switches to dish scoring (no head-to-head winner).
